Through his company Capital of Happiness, graphic designer Esli Tapilatu develops social and creative projects often focused on reconciliation. ‘Revelation 19’ depicts the Bible story of the same name. The work was inspired by a dream Tapilatu had in which he saw Jesus returning to earth as the King of Kings and Bringer of truth and justice. The large-scale work hangs in De Bloeiplaats, a contemporary monastery that Tapilatu founded in the city of Groningen.
