A cording device is a piece of equipment that can be added to an embroidery machine to enable cords to be stitched onto a piece of fabric. To test the new cording device in the TextielLab, product developer Frank de Wind produced this sample with green cord. He first sketched a simple line drawing. The machine then guided the cord over the fabric following the lines of the drawing and stitched it in place.
