Materials merinowool

In this sample, the ajour technique was used to create holes spaced at various distances. The different spacing resulted in certain (undesirable) effects. Where the holes are too close together, the knit is skewed or distorted. The technique had a similar effect in the denser areas of the fabric, pulling it out of shape here too.
